Through live instruments — guitar, bass, percussion — and catchy, action-packed songs, students will learn the importance of kindness, resilience, and looking after their well-being.
This highly engaging incursion combines humour, heart, and hands-on participation, making big ideas about mental health easy to understand and impossible to forget. With toe-tapping tunes, singalongs, and plenty of giggles, Be Kind to Your Mind encourages kids to care for themselves and each other.

The Australian Music Show was a fantastic mix of comedy and music that had the children enthralled and amazed the entire performance. They left the show buzzing wanting more.
